LosersWeepers solely provides a lost and found website, for users to locate lost or advertise found items. By using the website in any way, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserved the right to change these conditions at any time, and by continuing to use the site means you agree to be bound by the most current version of them.

2. Content

You understand that all listings posted on the site are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, email or otherwise make available via our website. The Losers Weepers website and its contents may contain links to other websites, which are completely unrelated to us. We make no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such site.

Your linking to other websites is entirely at your own risk.

Under no circumstances will Losers Weepers be liable for contents of posts put on the site; we do not edit postings but reserve the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete postings that we believe are inappropriate or violate the spirit of the site.

3. Privacy and information disclosure

By using this website you acknowledge and agree that Losers Weepers may in our sole discretion, preserve or disclose you content as well as email address and other user information, if required to do so by law. This is to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Losers Weepers, it’s users or the general public.

We will not disclose your details in any way to a third party for marketing purposes.

5. Conduct

• By using our site you agree not to post, email or otherwise make available content: That is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libellous or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Which contains a virus or other harmful component.
• That constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation unless permitted beforehand by the site.

You acknowledge that Losers Weepers reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

7. Dealings with organizations and individuals.

If there is any dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Losers Weepers is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users you hereby release Losers Weepers from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service.

Losers Weepers offers a free service to advertise any item that is lost or found. However, sometimes it may be beneficial to make your lost item stand out in your chosen category, and for that we offer our premium service. For just £5 you can upload a photograph to accompany your post, have it highlighted in bold, and also put to the top of your category. In the event of more than one premium post per category, your item will be rotated at the top. Once the month is up the photo and advert will remain on the system unless you Choose to remove it. It will, however, be listed in date order and not rotated through the top results. LooserWeepers reserves the right to remove premium listings at any time.
